Pallet Rack Systems in Greater Cincinnati
Pallet racks are the backbone of nearly every warehouse we lay out. Also called selective pallet rack, the system gives a forklift driver a clear shot at every pallet position, which is why it fits high SKU counts, mixed inventory, and operations where picking speed matters more than storage depth.
We size industrial pallet racks around your pallets, your lift trucks, and your clear height, then hand you a CAD layout with position counts and an itemized quote. No guessing at capacity, no ordering steel that will not fit the building.
How Pallet Rack Works
Uprights and beams
Roll-formed or structural frames carry pairs of load beams. Beam length, frame depth, and steel gauge are set by your heaviest pallet, not by a catalog default.
One pallet, one position
Every pallet sits on the beam level facing the aisle, so nothing has to be moved to reach anything else. That keeps put-away and picking simple for new drivers.
Levels set by clear height
Beam elevations are stacked from the floor up to the lowest obstruction, usually sprinklers or lighting, so you use the height you are already leasing.
Decking and accessories
Wire decking, pallet supports, row spacers, column protectors, and end-of-aisle guarding get specified with the layout instead of ordered later in a panic.

Where It Fits Best
What We Need to Design It
- What is the clear ceiling height under sprinklers or lighting?
- What are your pallet dimensions and heaviest pallet weight?
- What forklift are you running, and what is its maximum lift height?
- How many pallet positions do you need today, and at peak?
- How many aisles can the floor plan give up?
What a Project Includes
A pallet rack project starts on the phone. We go through pallet footprint and weight, forklift type and free lift, clear height, column spacing, aisle width, and how fast product turns. That conversation decides beam capacity and how many levels the building can carry.
Next comes the layout. Our design team draws pallet positions, beam elevations, aisle centerlines, and total capacity in CAD, then prices it line by line so you can see the cost per position before committing to anything.
Standard selective components ship quickly from stock, and we coordinate delivery around your dock schedule rather than dropping a full truck at once. Installation partners anchor and plumb every frame, install decking, and capacity-tag the finished rows.
You end up with warehouse racking that matches the way the building runs, documentation for load ratings, and one number to call when a beam gets hit or you need to add a row next spring.
