Newer bulk buildings in West Chester, Boone County and the Dayton airport parks give you 32 to 40 ft of clear height. Older plants in Sharonville, Norwood and Evendale usually run 18 to 26 ft with tighter column spacing, so the same pallet needs a different frame and level plan in each.
Most of these buildings are unheated or lightly heated. We plan winter deliveries and crew days around snow and ice at the docks rather than hoping for a mild week.
