Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Warren County warehouses often serve a wide territory from a single building, which means storing more variety than a specialized distribution center — pallets, long material, bagged goods, and seasonal stock all under one roof.
We design mixed systems that give each of those a proper home instead of forcing everything onto one rack type. Call (513) 957-3017 with your pallet sizes, forklift, and clear height for a free CAD layout and itemized quote.
Lebanon operations along the State Route 63 corridor and Columbia Road typically have room to grow but limited reason to over-build all at once.
We handle that by drawing the full building up front and installing in stages. Aisle placement and beam elevations stay consistent, so phase two drops in cleanly instead of becoming a second, mismatched warehouse.
Seasonal swings are the other reality here. Agricultural and building materials inventory can double for a few months, so we usually reserve a block of deep push back or drive-in lanes for peak volume while keeping the pick face selective year-round. Long material gets cantilever rather than being wedged onto pallet beams.
Nearby areas we work in regularly include the Columbia Road industrial area, State Route 63 corridor, Union Road.

We start with the operating details: pallet dimensions and weights, any non-palletized material, forklift type, usable clear height, SKU count, and seasonal volume swings.
Then a CAD layout with pallet position counts, aisle widths, and beam elevations, plus an itemized quote broken out by phase if you plan to build in stages.
Systems include selective pallet racks, push back, drive-in, pallet flow, cantilever for lumber, pipe, and long stock, and carton flow for case picking — with wire decking, pallet supports, row spacers, column protectors, and guard rail.
After approval, steel is ordered and installation scheduled. Installation includes anchoring, plumbing, leveling, labeling, and capacity tagging, phased so daily operations continue. Later phases, added bays, and reconfigurations are handled by the same installation team using the original layout as the master plan.
