Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
A lot of Hamilton square footage sits in older industrial buildings with modest clear heights and heavy floor loads. Those buildings can still store far more than they do — the space is usually lost in the aisles, not the ceiling.
We design warehouse racking around what your building will actually give you, then show you the pallet position count before you spend anything. Call (513) 957-3017 with your pallet sizes and forklift type to start a free layout.
In Butler County's older stock, aisle width and bay layout do more for capacity than chasing height. Narrowing an aisle by a foot across a long building can add an entire row of pallet positions.
We measure what your lift truck genuinely needs to turn and stack, then lay out rows to match — instead of defaulting to the widest aisle in the catalog. For Hamilton's machining, converting, and building products operations, we also spec beam capacity around dense, heavy pallets rather than typical case goods.
Because we are 25 minutes away, replacement parts and service calls do not turn into projects. One local contact covers the drawing, the quote, the install, and whatever you need two years from now.
Nearby areas we work in regularly include the Hamilton Enterprise Park area, North Hamilton industrial district, Grand Boulevard.

Projects begin with the numbers that actually drive a layout: pallet dimensions and weights, lift truck type, usable clear height, SKU count, and storage depth per item.
From there you get a CAD layout with pallet positions, aisle widths, and beam elevations, plus an itemized quote broken out by component so you can see where the money goes.
We supply selective racking for full access, push back and drive-in where you store the same product deep, pallet flow for date-sensitive rotation, cantilever for long material, and carton flow for case picking — with wire decking, pallet supports, row spacers, and rack protection.
After you approve the drawing, steel is ordered and installation is scheduled. Installation includes anchoring, plumbing, leveling, labeling, and capacity tagging, phased so your operation keeps shipping. Later expansions, reconfigurations, and relocations are handled by the same team.
