Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Blue Ash buildings are often flex space — part office, part warehouse — with a modest storage bay doing far more work than it was designed for. Cartons pile on the floor, and finding a specific item turns into a search.
We design pallet rack and carton flow systems that fit inside that footprint and make inventory findable again. Call (513) 957-3017 with your pallet or carton sizes, equipment, and clear height for a free CAD layout and itemized quote.
Flex buildings along Reed Hartman and Plainfield Road come with their own constraints: lower clear heights than a distribution center, narrower drive aisles, and sometimes only a single dock or a grade-level door.
That calls for a different approach than a big-box layout. We often mix pallet racking for bulk with carton flow and wide-span shelving for the small parts that actually make up most of the picks, so the whole operation runs from one organized wall instead of two rooms.
Blue Ash's medical, lab, and technology distributors also need clean, labeled locations they can tie to inventory software. Every bay is labeled and capacity-tagged at install, and we work with your location naming scheme rather than inventing one.
Nearby areas we work in regularly include the Reed Hartman corridor, Kenwood Road business parks, Plainfield Road.

The first step is understanding what you store: pallet and carton dimensions, weights, handling equipment, usable clear height, SKU count, and pick frequency.
We then produce a CAD layout with position counts, aisle widths, and beam elevations, plus an itemized quote — including any shelving or carton flow that belongs alongside the pallet racking.
Available systems include selective pallet racks, push back, drive-in, pallet flow, cantilever, and carton flow, with wire decking, pallet supports, dividers, row spacers, and rack protection.
Once approved, steel is ordered and installation is scheduled. Installers anchor, plumb, level, label, and capacity-tag the system, working around office hours where needed. Adding bays, changing beam levels, or reconfiguring for a new product line later is handled by the same local team.
