How is it different from static shelving?

On static shelving a picker reaches back into the bay and someone has to face the product. Carton flow feeds from behind and presents at the front, so rotation is automatic and the pick position never changes.

Do soft or lightweight cartons flow reliably?

Full-width wheel beds handle mixed and flimsy cartons far better than spaced rollers. If your cases vary a lot, that is the specification we recommend, and we test travel with your cartons at installation.

Can carton flow go into racking I already own?

Frequently. Wheel beds and track can drop into existing bays when frame depth and beam spacing allow. We verify your current profile first and convert only the bays that fit.

Will this system tie into racking we already have?

Usually. We identify the manufacturer, connector style, and frame profile from photos and measurements first, then design the addition so it works with your current aisle pattern instead of creating a second standard in the building.

Do you install, or do we arrange that ourselves?

We handle it. Installation is performed by installation partners we have worked with for years, built to the approved drawing and anchored to specification, with our project manager accountable for the schedule and the result.
