Pushback Pallet Racking Systems in Springdale, OH
When a Springdale building feels full, the problem is usually cube, not square footage. Pushback Rack converts open air above the floor into working pallet positions, tightens aisles where it is safe to, and gets product off the ground.
We size push back racking around how the building actually runs — pallet weight, forklift, ceiling height, turns — with cart and rail assemblies matched to your pallet weight. Then you see the added positions and the price side by side. Call (513) 957-3017 and tell us what you are storing.
Why Springdale Warehouses Work With Us
The industrial stock near Kemper Road ranges from older infill space to newer tilt-wall, and each one limits a racking plan differently. Height, columns, and floor condition all move the answer.
Since 1997 we have supplied manufacturing support, retail distribution, and 3PL operations across the region through Warehouse Equipment & Supplies Co., which means fewer surprises between the drawing and the install.
You also get one point of contact. The same person who draws the layout quotes the steel, schedules delivery around your dock, and handles replacement parts two years from now.
Operations We Rack Around Here

How Pushback Rack Works
Store two to six pallets deep from one aisle without giving up much selectivity.
Loading
The driver sets the first pallet on the front cart. Each additional pallet pushes the cart train deeper into the lane, so one aisle serves the whole depth.
Nested carts on rails
Steel carts with nylon or steel wheels roll on inclined rails. Each cart nests under the one in front of it, which is what makes multi-deep storage possible in one bay.
Retrieval
Pull the front pallet and gravity rolls the next cart forward to the pick face. No driving into the structure and no repositioning by hand.
LIFO flow
Last in, first out per lane. That fits fast-moving product and anything where rotation is managed by lane rather than by individual pallet.
What a Pushback Rack Project Includes
Every project here begins with the numbers: what you store, how heavy it is, what lifts it, and how tall the usable space is. That conversation happens over the phone and usually takes fifteen minutes.
Our design team turns that into a CAD layout with position counts and an itemized quote. Because density added without pushing out a building wall, we usually model an alternative configuration too, so you can weigh positions against picking speed with real numbers.
Standard components ship quickly, and delivery gets scheduled around your receiving hours rather than dumped in one load. Installation partners anchor, plumb, align, and capacity-tag the finished system, and we phase the work by zone so shipping keeps running. Afterward you have documented capacities, a layout your team can work from, and a local source for beams, decking, and guarding when something gets hit.
