Pallet Flow Racking Systems in Sharonville, OH
Most Sharonville warehouses have more storage in the building than the floor plan shows. A pallet flow racking layout pulls pallets up into unused clear height and out of the aisles, so the same four walls hold more product without another lease.
Because gravity lanes loaded on one side and picked on the other, we start with the storage math: how many positions the footprint can carry, and what that does to picking speed. You get a layout, a real position count, and line-item pricing before anything is ordered. Call (513) 957-3017.
Why Sharonville Warehouses Work With Us
Buildings around the Sharon Road corridor and Chester Road are rarely uniform. Column spacing, dock aprons, and usable height differ enough from one to the next that a layout copied from another site wastes positions.
As part of Warehouse Equipment & Supplies Co., we have been designing storage for contract packaging and automotive suppliers operators here since 1997. That history is why our first layout is usually close to the final one.
Being local matters on the small things too: short delivery runs, quick answers on a revision, and parts on hand when a lift truck clips a frame.
Operations We Rack Around Here
Nearby areas we work in regularly include the Sharon Road corridor, Chester Road, the I-75 industrial belt.

How Pallet Flow Rack Works
Gravity-fed lanes that load on one side and pick on the other for true FIFO.
Load side
Pallets go in at the high end of the lane. Each new pallet stages behind the one before it, so put-away is a single move in the load aisle.
Gravity conveyor
Full-width rollers or skate wheel tracks on a calculated pitch carry pallets forward. Pitch is set by pallet weight so movement stays controlled, not fast.
Speed control
Brake rollers and separators regulate travel and keep pallets from bunching, which protects both the load and the structure.
Pick side
Pickers work a face of first-in pallets. Pull one and the next indexes forward, so the pick aisle stays dense and organized.
What a Pallet Flow Rack Project Includes
A Sharonville pallet flow rack project starts with a phone call, not a sales visit. We go through pallet footprint and weight, forklift type and lift height, clear height under sprinklers, column spacing, and how fast product turns.
Then you get the drawing: pallet positions, beam or rail elevations, aisle centerlines, and total capacity, priced line by line. We often show two versions of the same footprint — lane pitch calculated for the pallet weights you actually run — so you can compare storage against throughput before choosing.
Delivery is coordinated around your schedule, and installation partners build to the approved drawing, anchor every frame, and confirm the system performs loaded before turning it over. Work is phased so the operation keeps running, and expansions, teardowns, and relocations are handled by the same team later on.
